To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 還記得兒時家人常於假日帶小妹到尖東遊玩,吃東西,看燈飾,今時的尖東與當年相比,已繁華不再,雖然都常見到強國人。但其實這裡還有不少食肆,小妹就是喜歡這裡不用和其他人擠。今晚來到這家新開的彩褔皇宴酒家,裝修別樹一格,佔了全層,空間感足。 脆皮南乳雞($58),薄薄的外皮炸得香脆,肉則嫩滑,本身已經帶點南乳的咸香,如嫌不夠味,可再沾點南乳醬,香濃味美! 櫻花蝦蒜子濃湯泡莧菜($79),菜有點煮得過腍身,不過味道不錯。 懷舊金獎叉燒($118),賣相精緻,先嚐一口,肉質鮮嫩多汁,蜜味香濃,肥瘦適中,真是名符其實的金獎叉燒呀! 清蒸沙巴龍躉斑($148),有一斤二那麽重,鮮魚最好就要來清蒸了,這條斑的熟度剛好,肉質鮮嫩,加上豉油的魚肉及魚汁,用來佐飯吃,一絶也! 最後甜品時刻,點了青檸芝士凍($13),價錢真的很實惠,不過份量相對地小,味道清香檸檬味加上鮮忌廉及乳酪,很開胃呢!再黎多幾個甜品都可以! 再來這個紫醉金迷($39),單看名字已經很吸引,其實是以層層紫薯製成的糕點,入口啖啖紫薯,又不太甜,好好味呢!今餐很滿足了!
