係銅鑼灣行完街,想搵間居酒屋食野,見到民間餐廳嘅裝修好特別,好有日本啲武士風格,就揀左呢間試吓。拖羅蓉伴醬油漬玉子($98): 將生雞蛋撈埋啲拖羅蓉一齊,再用一塊韓國紫菜夾住,拖羅蓉嘅鮮味同香味係口腔慢慢散發出黎,而且將雞蛋嘅鮮味,提升到更高層次感。蒲燒鰻魚($128): 鰻魚size非常大塊,調味亦落得岩岩好,能夠將燒好過鰻魚嘅魚味更為突出三色刺身丼($118): 有帶子、三文魚、油甘魚,每一樣都鮮味十足,而且仲要厚切,個人較為方便意嘅係帶子!因為食落去真係好鮮甜,size 亦非常大粒。而飯亦用左日本珍珠米,漲bok bok, 帶少少黏性,師傅拿捏得岩岩好。串揚方面,嗌左安格斯牛肩肉($78): 炸粉唔會好厚,食落去唔會覺得好多粉,而牛肩肉嘅肉味非常濃!咬落去亦唔會覺得太韌咬唔開,再配埋個辣汁/酸汁食,味道更為突出。車海老($88): 蝦頭有少少膏,食落去好似軟殼蟹咁。蝦身好大條好多肉!而且仲係爽口彈牙,真係用左新鮮蝦黎食!最後有個日式椰菜送上,侍應話係用黎refresh下個口,因為前面食完啲串燒會比較濃味,食椰菜可以中和下口腔嘅味道,真係非常貼心
