To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

寒風澟澟，首選暖身飯局唔係火鍋就係烤肉。今次特別啲，揀咗煲仔飯。一直聽聞呢間幾出名，以為遠唔多想行，不過原來近柯士甸站，幾分鐘就行到。冇諗過食煲仔飯環境都幾雅𡟹，有少少懷舊的感覺，加上枱和枱之間有屏風，彷彿獨立房間，間隔一流～小炒皇味道偏重，配料唔算多，好夠味～芥菜排骨煲清淡之選，坦白說，芥菜排骨唔算特出，但個湯底加咗啲胡椒調味，天氣涼時想當暖胃。鮮醃鯧魚很精緻的菜式，半條鯧魚，經過醃製，有少少咸鮮味又不會太濃，有點像一夜干的感覺。廣式臘味煲仔飯見到枱枱都係叫呢個，就跟大隊叫呢個。上枱第一個反應係...好香，但係啲臘肉好肥，不過食落口先發覺，啲臘肉唔係攞嚟食，而係啲油滲晒入啲飯度，所以啲飯又香又黏，非常好食，而飯焦唔算多，但夠脆，又不會太黑。整體水準幾好，小菜幾好食，煲仔飯值得一試。聽聞這裡有兩層，下次要上去試下先～
