位於中環的座銀在拉麵界很出名，每次經過外面都有長長的人龍🥱店鋪以拉麵和沾麵作為主打，環境不算大不過服務不錯。🍜雞白湯拉麵 ($138)對白色濃厚的湯底真是毫無抵抗力.... ՞• •՞而且還有很多泡泡湯的口感很滑，完全不會過鹹。掛在碗麵的分別是雞肉和豚肉，口感偏乾而且少了點肉香；香脆的炸牛蒡增加口感～唯一美中不足就是拉麵本身是沒有溏心蛋的，需要額外加錢🥚----------------------🥢Chicken tsukemenThe ramen taste great with the whipped chicken broth.
