今日去咗位於旺角黑布街嘅拉麵來食拉麵我哋叫咗一份骨膠原雞白湯拉麵,一份濃厚魚介豚骨拉麵,另外再加左兩份小食,分別係章魚小丸子同埋自家製嘅餃子。骨膠原雞白湯拉麵餐廳以大量雞隻熬出極濃厚雞白湯,上枱嘅時候仲跟咗一個小碟,上面有一件啫喱,店員介紹呢件啫喱其實係骨膠原,加落去個湯底度味道會更加濃郁。濃厚魚介豚骨拉麵魚介即係用鰹魚、鯖魚同沙甸魚乾磨製成粉,再加入拉麵嘅湯底,每一啖湯都充滿魚既甜味。豚骨湯底加入魚介,令味道變得更有層次。呢度嘅自家製餃子煎得非常之香脆,配上餃子汁,酸酸甜甜嘅味道,非常開胃。章魚小丸子有別於一般街邊檔嘅擺放,餐廳將章魚小丸子搭成一座小山,上面被紫菜同埋木魚碎淹沒,非常之有氣勢。章魚小丸子每粒都有章魚,爽口彈牙。
