今日拉麵癮起即時出去食拉麵。來左旺角尼間ramen kureha拉麵來試下。今日來到沒有很多客人,裏面裝修都幾特別係舊式既日式風格。我今日叫左激辛火藥玉豚骨湯拉麵,小食要左自家製餃子同脆炸香蒜香墨魚嘴。拉麵黎到有個勁大既辣椒球,混在湯底一起,湯即刻唔同左味,不過只是湯底係唔錯既,拉麵都好爽口,而個自家製餃子都唔錯既餡料都足,煎得都幾香。但係墨魚嘴就唔算好出色,係得包住既粉漿有味,墨魚嘴是什麼味道也沒有,只係普普通通,不過份量都ok既。

突然想吃拉麵,網上找到拉麵來,立馬試試店舖不大但非常闊落,怖置以懷舊日系,很有日本風味但又夠簡潔。午市提供套餐優惠,有前菜,主食,小食及飲品,選擇不多不少,餐牌一看就明,還很用心設計呢心大心細最後點了熊本黑蒜油豚骨湯底拉麵(走蔥)配餃子。麵質及湯底我選了普通。先呷一口湯,湯底比一般的豚骨湯清爽,味道不會過濃,反而黑蒜油味並不突出,令整個湯底比想像中淡身。麵質不硬不軟,不錯。叉燒半瘦帶肥,很軟身,咬下兩三下咀嚼油脂已在口中慢慢溶掉,很正。小食餃子味道吃出非一般外購餃子,配上調味過的醬汁,更吃出風味,不要錯過。

然而我點下白松露野菌豚肉拉麵,據說這是曾在日本得到最高權威「魂之一杯」拉麵大賞中豚骨組之亞軍!湯底用上百斤豬骨經16小時而成,質感濃厚而黏口,加上骨膠原之多,不但沒油脂,亦無味精添加,配以白松露醬,口感豐富、面頭兩片火灸叉燒,肥瘦均勻;加上糖心蛋,食落甜甜而流心!

同時點了廣島炸蠔! 蠔味味濃,沒有多保的厚粉問題,蠔是男人之物,雖然比美國蠔、北海道蠔為少,但的確是新鮮,這真的要叫多一round, 另外碟中配上薯泥和沙律醬,令味道再一次升級!

未食之前對面嗰個完全麵呢個沾麵麻麻,佢比較鍾意食湯麵,鍾意放晒落去,然而到咗之後我哋兩個刮目相看,成個湯底好香,佢個沙律汁酸酸地,啲麵質同拉麵唔一樣,夾起沾麵點落去個汁味道10分唔錯,有淡淡的松露味,而且有好多菇,冇諗過原來咁好食,完全對沾麵改觀(店員仲要好清楚解釋點樣食,教我哋除咗個沙律可以就咁食,松露,叉燒嗰啲可以放晒落個湯,再夾起啲面點落去)
