To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而且剛巧這個套餐推出限時6折優惠,考慮到性價比的問題,
還是決定選這個套餐了。
餐廳的主要食材均來自北海道、九州、沖繩等等,
更使人吃得安心放心。

壽司每款都很新鮮,刺身肥美又大件,
當中但凡炙燒過的款式更是使人一試難忘,
如炙燒金目鯛,ʙʙ銀鱈魚,炙燒右口魚等,師傅使用火槍微微燒香後,魚油的香氣完全的揮發出來,入口油脂豐富,魚油滿滿。

另外,醬油醃赤身也是驚喜之作,
經醃漬後入口竟帶有香濃的蒜香味,很新穎但又ᴏᴋ夾。

而大拖羅及赤海膽也是鮮甜無比,
很喜歡這種入口即溶,油香豐腴的刺身
看來以後廚師發板詢問我的口味喜好時,
還是不要扮矜持,果斷地告知對方我是重口味人士吧(笑~

甜品
是餐廳自家製的綠茶奶凍配黑豆。
本人逢豆類都不喜歡,因此黑豆只好狠心地撥到一旁去。
而抹茶奶凍香甜綿滑,入口抹茶香氣濃郁,是我喜歡的甜度呢。
所以向來都說ʜᴏᴍᴇᴍᴀᴅᴇ ɪꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴇꜱᴛ!
