最近聽朋友介紹呢間日本餐廳,話質素唔錯!我梗係唔執輸去下啦,見到佢地既lunch omakase好似幾多野食,即刻叫黎試下。 🔴前菜當然梗係唔少得有沙律,茶碗蒸,佢地既蒸蛋都幾滑,裡面仲有墨魚仔同昆布汁作調味。🟠刺身真鯛配上梅蓉,增加剌身既層次感,而大分縣真蠔上面加左黑醋酸汁,新鮮又creamy ,亦令蠔味道更加突出。煙燻鰹魚,上枱前有玻璃罩蓋住左,感覺好高級。安康魚肝泡芙,第一次見呢個做法,感覺幾特別。🟡壽司⭐金線鯛⭐深海池魚⭐帶子⭐池魚紫蘇葉卷⭐魷魚,加上青檸芝麻⭐赤身⭐拖羅:油脂分布平均,味道濃郁;⭐海膽:加埋昆布係上面,口感更加豐富,好好食!⭐玉子燒:蛋味濃重點推薦下個太卷(入面有海膽、青瓜、拖羅、赤身、蛋黃),十分豐富,亦有層次感,賣相都好出色🔵刨冰連冰都係日本運黎,師傅用平時日本見到既刨冰機,有唔同味道選擇,刨冰質感軟綿綿
