To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次weekday夜晚(仲有晚市堂食時)👦🏻👧🏻就想出大角咀行下，👧🏻就想Encore星洲總廚嘅厚切豬扒！估唔到閒日都要排20分鐘先可以入座😩🌟馬拉風味鴛鴦雞椰汁飯鴛鴦雞係有星加坡咖喱雞🥘同埋蔥油香茅雞🐔。首先要讚下呢到嘅炸物幾出色，雖然醃料都比較上色，但炸完唔會有燶味，亦炸得非常香脆🥠香茅炸雞扒醃得入味都幾重香茅味，加上蔥油非常惹味。咖哩汁容易入口唔辣，雞肉用上雞脾位，雞肉嫩滑啖啖肉👍🏻椰汁飯係比預期地重🥥味，估唔到熱食椰漿飯都可以咁好味😋🌟招牌厚切豬扒叻沙(摻摻)帶骨豬扒保持水準，豬扒嘅邊緣都帶有少量肥膏，真厚切又嫩滑多汁。叻沙湯底相對重椰奶味少辣，略略聞到蝦米同紅蔥頭味，味道非常濃郁🤩配料非常足料，有索湯嘅豆卜、溏心蛋、魚蛋，全部正常發揮。配上掛湯嘅油麵加米粉，真係忍唔住清碗🤪
