To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完獸醫醫院探病之後食晚飯,叫咗四個菜,得風沙雞算好食,其他三個菜裡面D肉都係鬆肉粉太多。有個炒牛肉,我爸點,我忘記菜名,牛肉大大塊但係感覺古怪。另外我點既麻婆豆腐,橄欖菜四季豆,兩個菜裡面都有豬肉碎,但係已經用太多鬆肉粉肉質和味道大大受到影響,即是有時候太多鬆肉粉會令人感覺肉已經開始腐壞既感覺。四季豆其實炒得好好,有擭氣,但係原材料唔掂就係唔掂。旁邊食客想法一樣,聽到佢地話,除咗隻雞之外都好麻麻。雞 140 一份,豆腐四季豆 78 88 忘記啦。牛肉唔知道幾錢。同場好幾個生日派對,一個一圍,兩個兩圍。可能食特別安排既菜OK,但係臨時走入黎真係無咩好食。成個熟食中心晚上似乎佢最旺,其他幾個店我離開時候睇睇佢地桌上既菜都麻麻地樣子。跑馬地路過搵食可以避開熟食中心啦。
