Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去開銅鑼灣成日經過見到有印尼餐廳一直都好好奇 印尼野到底係點呢未食過 今次終於有時間可以同埋朋友一齊黎試喇馬拉盞炒秋葵 $68平時炒菜就食得多喇 炒秋葵就第一次原來都幾夾幾好食仲要成碗都好多秋葵抵食呀原條魚花膠湯粉皮 $108條魚炸到脆扑扑大大條好香口又新鮮再點埋佢個醬味道會再昇華印尼粉皮非常之特別夾埋炸魚一齊食又會中和左熱氣感覺印尼四大天王飯 $88有班蘭雞 好嫩滑而且唔肥,雞皮都好脆口,再掂埋醬油同薑油真係絕配炸豬肉絲很香脆 甜甜地好好味牛肉大大舊 飯好多牛肉沙嗲3串 $56熱辣辣 唔會燒得老好juicy 原全保存到d牛肉汁加埋個沙嗲醬冇得頂呀~total$250人均:$175
