To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋意來了，最岩約朋友食飯，今日黎到尖沙咀覓食，我地決定食日本野。這間店十分鄰近地鐵，很方便。正所謂秋天秋香秋刀魚，見到menu上有北海道秋刀魚宴，就一於揀呢個。前菜三點好開胃，然後刺身上啦，秋刀魚口感很好，赤貝鮮甜，北海道先鳳趾蠔更是出色，滿口幸福。隨後長崎中拖羅上菜，這個厚度和長度實在令人心花怒放，新鮮之餘，口感也十分好。黑睦魚壽司挺特別, 入口甘甜。最喜歡馬糞海膽壽司，入口即溶。而秋刀魚亦製作成不同款式食物，貫穿整個晚餐，十分有創意，例如秋刀魚天婦羅，秋刀魚燒物，秋刀魚卷，秋刀魚壽司以及秋刀魚土鍋飯。最後有抹茶奶凍甜品作結，很完滿，會推薦喜歡秋刀魚的朋友來呢！
