To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友響銅鑼灣食飯,揀咗一間地道嘅印尼菜食。餐廳門口放有地道嘅印尼小食,價錢相宜。向等候朋友嘅10分鐘內,已見到有幾個印尼人幫襯地道小吃店裡鋪面面積雖小,唔算太闊落,但裝修行雅緻既印尼風味,就算迫迫地都坐得有親切感原條魚花膠湯粉皮$108條魚烤得啱啱好,魚比較大條肉厚,皮脆肉嫩,好香口,冇腥味至於湯帶有濃厚嘅花膠質感,味道清甜。花膠份量亦都唔少,有兩大舊,補充骨膠原,確係女人恩物。粉皮滑溜,食落滑嘟嘟斑蘭雞尖塔飯$68綠色嘅斑蘭箭塔飯好吸睛,食落去有芬香撲鼻嘅斑蘭味。至於雞就比左雞脾位,似凍嘅海南雞咁樣,肉質鮮嫩肥美雞肉沙嗲$48雞肉燒到好香,不失嫩滑。沙嗲醬含有濃厚嘅花生味,好香,帶微辣炸秋葵$48正常發揮箭葉橙混吉蜜$28叫左杯熱飲。味道酸中帶香甜,好醒胃青檸梳打$28新鮮既青檸配梳打汽水,實好飲又解渴
