Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣食肆百花齊放,各式各樣都有。今次就試吓好少食的印尼餐廳,聽聞這一間餐廳質素不錯,很多人排隊食,但方便的是可以OpenRice網上訂位。餐廳很細,地方好窄,位置比較逼夾。價錢大概$80至$100左右,但不包飲品🥤,可以免費提供清水。「印尼四大天王」$88 ,每一樣餸都會有,炸豬肉絲很香脆,牛肉好硬偏甜,雞肉很滑有雞味,飯🍚份量很多。「雜菜燒半雞飯」$88半隻燒春雞加一片大大的豆腐,雞肉都算比較嫩滑,雞皮燒得脆。「三重芝士炸碎雞撈麵」 $78芝士味濃郁,雞粒香脆。總括來說:味道還是不錯的,味道偏甜,但坐得並不是太舒服,地方非常之窄。但在銅鑼灣這個鬧市屹立不倒,小店還是有一定的魅力。
