To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從沒有想過會在這裡品嚐中國茶和點心,若不是友人的提議,我本來便會錯過這間優雅悠閒,鬧市中難得的恬靜了。每張桌上都整齊地擺放了食具,桌旁兩個水壺可即時滾水,每一種茶葉都各有茶壺,不同茶杯配合不同的茶葉。可供選擇的茶葉種類便足足有8版,茶葉價格由$38至$10,000一壺不等。侍應生在旁幫忙泡第一壺茶,由滾水到沖熱個茶壺到過第一次茶葉的水都仔細地做一次給坐上賓客看。蘿蔔糕比一般茶樓的蘿蔔糕多了一些料,好似茶葉一樣;素卷沒有顯著的特色;蒸餃一籠兩個,各個花款不一樣;茉莉雨丸子這個甜品最特別,因為有好香的茉莉味,丸子是湯丸,不過友人不太喜歡這湯裡的茉莉味。
