上次晌Outback一齊食晏嘅年輕人,本身勁鍾意食肉,雖然嗰次Outback午餐已專登點了一客西冷,一客燒豬肋骨,當然滿足唔晒佢個胃納,所以,今次嚟到燒魂一食日式燒肉,有咁多款肉類,直頭施展出渾身解數,一定滿足到佢嘞 。明知喺放題,有時限,分6:00-8:00,8:15-10:15,9:30後,所以,首要攻略就喺早啲到。不過,由於餐廳晌商廈二樓,門面又窄又細,好多人都好似我哋咁一早去定門口等,所以,越等越擠迫。可是,店員沒有因應情況放行 ,其實,有訂枱嘅人可以先安排入坐,晌裡面坐住先,唔使逼晒晌門口囉。小弟第一次嚟,其實,店內環境幾大,餐枱與餐枱之間都幾多空間,頗為闊落,真唔明點解唔先安排入坐,仲要6:05先開始入得去。被安排坐晌靠窗卡位,有少少金馬倫道街景,而卡位幾寬敞,叫人坐得舒服 。因為點菜紙多達14張,由沙律、一般壽司、火灸壽司、創作壽司、刺身、唐揚物(炸物)、潮燒(創意燒烤)、蔬菜類、地雞、海鮮、豚肉、牛肉、食事(飯麵)、一品(散叫菜式),所以,攻略二就喺分工合作填點菜紙。好彩我哋幾個無話咩唔食,又無話咩嘢一定必食,總之,點住先,唔夠再加,啱食就再翻點。雖然喺放題,只限

。飲品,亦喺佢哋開源嘅一環,因為定價都較出面啲火鍋店貴少少。此外,額外再要佢嘅秘製三色醬汁、更換燒烤網……等等,亦需付費,不設熱茶、熱水供應,都被人有種「小家」嘅感覺

食烤肉就需要一點醬汁配襯,早早已放晌枱上嘅醬汁,有醬油、泰式酸辣汁及沙爹醬,當然,食唔同嘅肉應該配唔同嘅汁,但既然人人口味及喜好不同,小弟就覺得隨心意好了,唔使太過規限。

胡麻冷豆腐、凱撒沙律

先嚟開開胃,清爽嘅沙律喺最好嘅頭盤。胡麻冷豆腐味道唔錯,豆腐挺滑,而個胡麻汁幾香;相反,凱撒沙律就極之普通。

壽司
因為是晚主打嚟食烤肉,雖然,有部份壽司好吸引,尤其幾款創作壽司,好似黑松露帶子、海膽三色花,但壽司較易飽肚,所以,都喺放棄好啲。

揀咗幾款,喺想試吓佢哋刺身嘅質素,三文魚、吞拿魚、劍魚腩,好隨意咁揀,三款刺身都有水準,新鮮甜美,睇色澤至少都覺得對辦先啦。

唐揚(炸物)

年輕人即喺年輕人,都喺鍾意食炸嘢,所以,點都要嗌少少天婦羅過吓口癮。天婦羅一共有7款選擇,我哋揀咗南瓜、蕃薯、松葉蟹棒及海蝦天婦羅,估唔到炸得有一手,脆漿唔太厚,香脆不油,南瓜及蕃薯都夠晒粉香,而松葉蟹棒及海蝦亦都鮮味。

地雞、豚肉

烤肉嘅選擇由老婆跟友人話晒事,佢哋點乜我就食乜。其實,啲地雞選擇款式多而特別,好似岩鹽青檸雞中翼、辛辣黑椒雞腿肉,不過,唔知何解佢兩個咁保守只點咗椒鹽雞中翼;而豚肉就點多少少,包括極上黑豚肉、血池赤豚小排及鹿兒島煙燻黑豚3款。

個椒鹽雞中翼不過不失,然而,啲極上黑豚肉真喺幾好食,食落唔喺好肥,好夠豬肉味,血池赤豚小排就腍身啲,鹿兒島煙燻黑豚則重咬口,有啲似食緊燒過嘅分蹄。晌度都順帶一提,烤雞、豬時最好放外邊,啲肉需要燒耐啲,外圍火無咁猛,啲肉就唔會燶晒都未熟,相反,牛肉唔使全熟,放中間嚟燒就啱啲

今次所揀嘅4款牛,都有唔同特色,黑毛霜降和牛薄切輕燒,入口富油香,睇到啲雪花紋都預計到;汁燒安格斯一口牛,雖然一口一件,但厚身有嚼頭,肉味亦較濃;至於蔥蒜醬油牛肋肉口感帶少少咬口感,而且,經蔥蒜醬油醃過,特別濃香惹味;估唔到牛裡肌入口頗腍滑,有油香得嚟,又富肉汁。

輪到講講海鮮類,較有睇頭及多人點嘅相信喺北海道香草牛油帆立貝及深海大蝦,此外,岩鹽靜岡鯖魚及沖繩小烏賊都相當吸引,故此,我哋亦揀咗依4款作為燒海鮮之選。帆立貝較耐燒,要放晌中間,亦要反吓佢,否則,燒乾水都未熟透;而最難燒喺鯖魚,好易甩皮被個網黐住,幾難先燒得好其中一件。

北海道香草牛油帆立貝雖然燒得樣樣衰衰,但不失鮮甜味,又有牛油香;深海大蝦,鮮蝦味十足,又彈牙;岩鹽靜岡鯖魚如果燒得好,外皮其實都幾脆,有點點魚油香,假若有鰻魚就更加正;沖繩小烏賊細細隻,燒完仲會縮水多少少,一啖一件,蘸點泰式酸辣汁,味道更鮮活。

蔬菜

成晚食咁多肉,唔食番啲蔬菜真喺唔得,菇菌類就最合我哋心水,3款菇(冬菇、有機白磨菇及牛油雞脾菇)一於點齊,燒菠蘿、燒南瓜更喺小弟至愛之一,再加點溫室洋蔥,就成為我哋嘅燒烤蔬菜籃。

燒到中段,店員又搞吓花臣嘢。上面都分享過兩款餐湯,而第一個花臣嘢喺話大廚特別炮製咗幾盅燉湯益大家,鬥快舉手就有,每枱限攞一盅,初時以為搞吓氣氛,應該枱枱有份,原來真喺只預備咗4盅咁大把
,小弟有幸「快手」成為幸運兒之一。個燉湯喺木瓜燉雞腳,又幾足料,感覺清潤,尤其食咗唔少烤肉,潤一潤寧舍唔同。雖然成枱得一盅,但分甘同味,又唔錯嘅

燒魂一專做日式燒肉放題,既然喺放題,咩都任食,所以,嚟之前都唔敢有過多期望。此外,睇過佢啲食評,都擔心啲服務差,唔知喺咪以往有唔少投訴晌服務方面,所以,餐廳改善咗,抑或我哋食第一輪,所以,問題少啲?入坐安排可以再做好啲,但其他服務真喺唔錯,食放題好多時會漏單同埋叫三樣得兩樣,點五份得三份,但成晚無漏單之餘,所點嘅嘢食份量應該比我哋所點嘅多,對照番點選嘅款式,又真喺無嚟錯喎
。再者,試過之後,大家都異口同聲覺得物有所值,因為都喺$258 +10%一位(未計飲嘢),肉類選擇多,部份肉類又幾掂,所以,絕對食得過。唯一喺少咗甜品部份,如果有啲雪糕或雪米糍供應你話幾好呢!
