Puradak係韓國好出名,係炸雞界既貴族,係香港有3間分店。前2日去左將軍澳店諗住試下佢既炸雞,呢到既裝修以黑色同金色為主,係open seating area。🍗半半炸雞(有骨) $238佢啲炸雞有成十幾款口味,凈係試一款係唔夠既,所以揀左半半炸雞。而食炸雞我鍾意食有骨既先更有feel,要損下骨先得架嘛😌呢到既炸雞係先焗後炸,咁樣可以逼出多餘油分,鎖住肉汁,食落先夠皮脆肉嫩。我地嗌左帕布羅醬汁(韓式經典烤肉醬汁)同魔蒜地獄。我好鍾意魔蒜地獄!🌶️每一嚿雞肉都沾滿醬汁,勁辣之餘仲撒上好香既乾蒜,雖然食到嘴唇都紅曬但停唔到口。雞翼同雞脾係最好食既部位,肉嫩多汁。雞胸位有幾嚿肉難免有少少dry,不過有個惹味醬汁搭夠😋🧀黑芝芝波 $58一咬開啲芝士真係填滿曬個波波架,甜甜咸咸好好味😋🍙牛肉紫菜飯卷 $68呢個味道正常,但略嫌包得唔夠實同埋落既芝麻油唔夠多。🍑桃味燒酒 $68🌸梅子梳打 $28
