每次入元朗都想一試魚一壽司,但每次都因為太多人而放棄,原來魚一銅鑼灣亦有分店,幸好是夜時間較早,不用等位。魚一價錢大眾化,QR Code落單,款式種類很多,選擇上都花了點時間。刺身盛合刺身叫了最愛的三文魚腩、油甘魚腩及帶子,刺身全部厚切。原粒帶子入口嫩滑,鮮甜味於口腔內爆發。三文魚腩及油甘魚腩亦口感柔軟細滑,入口甘香。刺身下墊有新鮮紫蘇,一啖刺身,一啖紫蘇,更能好好品嚐刺身鮮味。壽司盛合馬刀貝入口鮮甜爽脆,希靈魚籽脆卜卜,三文魚腩壽司與刺身相比,同樣甘香嫩滑。 蔥吞拿魚蓉軍艦吞拿魚蓉鮮甜,蔥絲微微辛辣,紫菜脆口。本鮪井吞拿魚先由淡味食起,大致上都厚切,赤身可以嚐到吞拿魚的清鮮甜味,油脂較多的中拖羅同大拖羅則嫩滑入口即溶,充滿油香。明太子玉子燒明太子玉子燒是餐廳的熱門菜式,玉子燒熱辣辣,明太子放於玉子中間,微微辛辣,剛好中和的滑溜感,上面的沙律醬甜甜酸酸,令玉子燒更美味。燒菠蘿燒烤必叫之選一定是燒菠蘿,菠蘿本身就鮮甜多汁,燒過後外皮略乾,內裡更為爆汁。
