To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一箭雙豬魚湯泡飯（$60）吉列豬扒，脆身，少少油，肉身紮實，好有咬口。秘製豬扒，有咖喱粉醃底味，肉質同樣紮實有咬口。魚湯底有魚味，加埋枱面上嘅自家製嘅櫻花蝦，更加提鮮。醉豬手魚湯（$57）醉鮮麵（+$3）醉豬手有五舊，酒味入味，豬手皮爽口彈牙，豬手肉質紮實。呢碗魚湯魚味再重啲。醉鮮麵自家製，爽滑彈牙，口感似粗少少嘅粉絲。凍香檸薏米蜜（$9）無咩檸味（得半片檸檬），蜜味唔重，薏米份量都多。餐廳只收現金。
