To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日開始變凍,所以唔想再食一啲壽司等之類嘅冷嘅食物。於是就想試下呢一間主打魚湯米線嘅魚米餐廳。款式選擇有好多,亦都有一啲嘅肉燥飯,小食等等。佢哋最招牌嘅就係原條魚魚湯米線。因為唔係好肚餓嘅關係,所以都係揀咗個普通嘅魚湯米線。配答咗兩款餸菜。米線係偏淋嘅口感,未必個個鐘意。但我自己又幾鍾意,加上我轉咗做麻辣湯底,熱辣辣又暖笠笠嘅感覺好舒服。加上晚市嚟講價錢一啲都唔貴,應該會成為一間我固定成日都會食嘅餐廳。等我下次再試下佢啲原條魚米線先,哈哈。
