餐廳裝潢幾有氣氛,有卡位,亦有bar枱。可以見到壽司司傅整壽司刺身。牛油果軟殼蟹沙律前菜叫左一碟沙律,份量比我想像中多。除左有牛油果同軟殻蟹之外,仲有蟹籽。車厘茄多汁鮮甜,軟殻蟹一大隻分左四舊,好味😋刺身甜蝦(四本)真鯛(三切)三文魚(三切)黎得咁高級既日本餐廳,緊係要試試佢既刺身。我地叫左三款刺生,有頭甜蝦,真鯛,三文魚。今次我地就無沾wasabi,決定要試到片刺身既原味度。三文魚🍣唔沾wasabi咁食,食到三文魚既鮮味,加上三文魚紋路清𥇦,咁就知唔係用紅鱒魚做替身。仲有有頭甜蝦,甜蝦🦐肉質鮮甜,蝦頭有羔。鯛魚肉質結實,唔會鬆散。活海鰻博多原本都唔知咩叫博多,諗住試下係咩。原來係鰻魚+蝦餅。蝦餅同鰻魚一齊煎香,再加上芝麻,鰻魚燒汁。味道十分惹味,菜式亦好新奇。蒲燒活海鰻魚丼(三食)最後就黎主食!係一個三食既鰻魚丼。三食就係:1)原汁原味2)加上wasabi / 蒽花 / 脆脆 / 紫菜3)加上茶漬飯湯好少餐廳有鰻魚茶漬飯,湯夠暖,飯唔會太冧,鰻魚既醬汁令茶漬飯更入味。值得推介😝😋

原本都唔知咩叫博多,諗住試下係咩。原來係鰻魚+蝦餅。蝦餅同鰻魚一齊煎香,再加上芝麻,鰻魚燒汁。味道十分惹味,菜式亦好新奇。
