平時去九龍城通常都係食泰國野同飲茶,但而加呢個舊城區因為多左好多新樓所以都融合左唔同類型嘅餐廳,今次就同媽媽去左試下鐵板燒👨‍🍳龍蝦鮑魚套餐二人前 $1080呢個套餐主菜係龍蝦、南非鮑魚、鵝肝、清酒煮蜆、美國牛柳厚燒同埋牛肉薄燒,當然基本都有沙律、炒雜菜、炒飯、味噌湯、漬物同埋甜品🥗席前料理真係好考師傅嘅功架,龍蝦係我地去到時先喺魚缸撈出黎,簡單處理左再拎出黎即席處理。蝦頭取蝦膏加牛油同調味再淋落龍蝦度快煎一下,南非鮑魚同埋蜆都好大隻,三款海鮮都好新鮮🦞牛柳厚燒我地叫左Medium,師傅嘅火侯都控制得好好,軟腍有牛味,薄燒就係卷住蔥蒜,食落好香口🥩炒飯師傅炒得好乾身,味噌湯有蟹腳,飲落都有鮮味;最後甜品就係多士同埋雪糕,我地就揀左開心果同埋芝麻雪糕,為呢一餐完美落幕🍨
