To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日梗係要食好嘢,雖然最近仲未食到晚餐,但係就可以食Early Dinner!尖沙咀鮨燐 有Omakase,食餐好嘅慶祝先夠盡興~螢光魷魚配紫蘇葉,鹹香十足加上面豉汁,相當開胃!黑梅貝爽脆咸鮮,食到食材原味。菜之花係菜心個花,爽口具咸香,仲有菇在表面,口感一流。薄切燒香鮫碟魚配萬能蔥,只需點少少豉油,肥味油香,外有肉感而內入口即溶!間八配上麵豉,彈牙質感又鮮味。白象拔蚌,超爽口又清新,因為表面有竹炭鹽柚子皮。太刀魚係Season嘢,肉質厚身,但係佢有柚子胡椒更加清新,口感亦比想像中爽口。2款貝一齊食,顏色已經夠晒鮮艷,配搭醋Jelly 增加清新:北寄貝口感清新;而赤貝肉厚爽彈。中拖羅配少少Wasabi,啲花紋靚到好似和牛咁,入口即化油香十足。吞拿魚餃位+紫菜又係爆曬啲油出嚟,入口即溶,好香嘅吞拿魚油,紫菜好Perfect。鯖魚表面有昆布、紫蘇葉、芝麻,完全唔腥,味道清新柔軟。青金橘啫喱清一清味蕾,之後就開始食壽司了。Sushi帆立貝加點青檸,鮮甜又夠清新。深海池魚肉質較實,油份及魚味突出!金目鯛較為彈牙柔軟。BB銀雪魚 +燒,質感好軟熟鮮味,近乎入口即溶。根室馬糞海膽係我最期待嘅一環,
