這間店長期要訂座,今日walkin剛剛有位,真幸運。餐廳的裝修簡單整潔,燈光明亮,但座位比較狹窄。餐牌一目了然,有壽司或海鮮丼等,價格由$220-$430。 先送上沙律,沙律菜新鮮清爽;而那蒸旦只是正常水平,口感香滑,比較似布甸質地。海言廚師發辦魚生飯(特上)$430這招牌魚生飯很精美,有成十五種魚生,每一款都好新鮮,由於個人不吃白子,師傅用另一魚生補上。魚生片切得帶一些厚度,口感不錯,加上色澤明亮,又有香甜的海膽和肥美的大拖羅,沒有太多淡味的白身魚,很滿足。江戶前散壽司(特上)$370相比招牌魚生飯,相差$50,用料相約,但有好幾件不是魚生,只是玉子和腐皮,感覺性價比唔高,但用料是好新鮮的。尤其大拖羅,十分肥美;壽司飯也滿有心思,當中拌有漬瓜,令醋飯的味道更豐富。
