To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食星馬菜一定唔少得Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶)!Bak Kut Teh分為新加坡, 馬來西亞兩派前者胡椒味較重, 後者則藥材味較濃, 呢間位於鰂魚涌嘅星馬菜 - 隨心, 就有齊兩款俾你揀。馬來西亞版肉骨茶, 飲落帶淡淡嘅藥材味, 將油炸鬼泡一泡湯汁後馬上放入口, 又軟又脆嘅口感, 非常滋味。湯中附一條肉厚而不膩嘅排骨, 沾上黑豉油 & 紅辣椒, 配一碗白飯, 夠曬地道。新鮮炸起嘅麥皮蝦, 表面沾滿鬆散香口嘅麥皮碎, 咬落外殼嘅香酥程度更令人喜出望外, 連肉帶殼由頭到尾都食得。我就連麥皮碎都唔放過, 一匙一匙直接放入口。一大碗豐富又實在嘅海鮮喇沙, 賣相相當吸引。濃湯掛麵, 每一啖都係鮮美濃郁嘅海鮮同椰香味, 配料又新鮮, 份量又足, 無得輸👍。
