今日同朋友去咗鰂魚涌英皇道嘅陳儀興尚潮樓食潮州打冷菜,酒樓入面有一個好大嘅魚缸,入面有唔同嘅時令海鮮,餐廳座位闊落,一入座就有茶水招待同埋鹹酸菜做前菜,我哋就嗌咗潮州人最鍾意嘅鐵觀音。我哋嗌咗涼拌海蜇頭、鵝三寶、胡椒鹹菜鮮豬肚湯、清燉荷包鱔、一個白飯同一個潮州粥。涼拌海蜇頭有濃濃嘅麻油香味,海蜇頭爽脆有咬口,係一個幾開胃嘅前菜。鵝三寶有鵝肉、鵝腸同鵝肝,陳儀興用咗潮汕頂級嘅獅頭鵝,鵝肉肉質細嫩鮮甜,加上用咗多種香料熬製而成嘅滷水汁去煮,特別帶出鵝肉嘅鮮味;鵝腸咬落去非常爽口,清潔得好乾淨,食落好安心;鵝肝味道濃郁,充滿獅頭鵝嘅精華。胡椒鹹菜鮮豬肚湯嘅胡椒味好出,飲完有種好補嘅感覺。當中最特別係清燉荷包鱔呢一個手工菜,賣相非常精緻,用一片好大嘅鹹菜包住一嚿白鱔,再用一條好幼嘅菜打結變成一個好似荷包嘅外型,鱔肉鮮甜肥美但又唔多骨,好有驚喜!最後,餐廳附送功夫茶俾客人食完飯後飲,濃郁嘅功夫茶飲落去會回甘,為呢一餐潮州菜畫上完美嘅句號。📍鰂魚涌英皇道1001號7樓1號舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊
