鰻魚係其中一樣最愛食既日本野之一,朋友話呢度有個套餐係專食鰻魚我即刻二話不說就應成去季節沙律第一次食沙律會加入魚皮魚皮好脆身,應該係即炸既,入口開胃清新刺身盛合3點當日有金鯛,甜蝦,北海道帶子金鯛魚油味香,肉質相對爽口甜蝦鮮甜,蝦頭帶膏帶子肉質飽滿,仲加左啲柚皮,入口更清新原條活魚刺身因為食過覺得刺身質素不錯,所以加錢要埋呢個活魚刺身刺身分一片片同魚蓉魚蓉有啲醬油同薑作調味,刺身則魚味好重,新鮮活海鰻蒸年糕呢個真係一個幾創新既配塔,係煙韌既年糕中加入鰻魚味道配合相當奇特新穎海鰻天婦羅呢個炸得唔錯,天婦羅粉夠薄,又食到鰻魚味活海鰻籠仔飯鰻魚飯係用蒸既方法,係出面少有既可惜係魚有骨,魚油味亦未太充分發輝活海鰻玉子蛋糕黎到最後個甜品都係鰻做既將鰻魚肉打成蓉再加落蛋糕材料混合,係幾新穎既不過就似食緊黑糖蛋糕
