香噴噴既燒雞皮,非常邪惡,但超脆卜卜,油脂適中。
呢串雞肝正,燒到好焦香。
冬菇,佢燒完再係上面加左少少木魚絲,令到個味道更加特別,香香既菇味再配合木魚絲,唔錯唔錯。
免治雞肉捧,竟然有雞軟骨係入面,再配合埋日本鮮紅蛋黃,仲更加好味,每一啖都充滿濃郁既肉香。
雞蠔肉,會係雞既咩部位呢?食落又幾正,個皮燒得好脆,配合滑滑多汁既雞肉,好味,推薦。
食甘多唔同既雞部份,都要叫返d海鮮食下,白鱔係我最鍾意,燒得真係好好,鱔肉彈牙爽口多汁,皮又脆,重點完全無骨,非常放心大大啖食。
雞甲狀腺原來都食得既,好特別既口感,中間係空心既,煙煙韌韌甘,不妨一試。
雞中翼,係將雞翼切開,皮同肉分開燒,甘樣燒又燒到雞皮同雞肉,唔會得皮香口,而家雞肉都一樣燒到香噴噴。骨都好易脫。
哈哈,食得太多肉,點都要食返少少菜類中和下,呢串翠瓜瓜的確唔錯,唔乾身,仲好juice。
呢碟明太子長芋好好食😋好香既明太子。
呢串銀杏我仲以為會好苦,點知又幾好食下,煙煙韌韌甘。
呢串係鵪鶉腿,平時鵪鶉蛋就食得多,鵪鶉腿又真係未試過,見到menu有,叫左串來試試,啖啖肉,又唔肥,好岩食。
牛舌超厚身,食落好爽口,味道濃郁,加埋檸檬汁就very good。
雞頸肉,望落去同普通雞肉無大太分別,唔講我都未必知係雞頸肉,又幾唔錯個味道,肉香四溢😋
雞橫膈肌,呢個部位係特別煙韌,有口感既。
呢3串最特別,雞掌心、雞腿根、雞膝蓋,口感好特別,因為平時真係比較少食,原來都可以整到甘好食。幾爽口同煙韌,又燒到脆卜卜同好香,呢幾串真係幾過癮下😎
呢餐食左1600幾蚊,平均每人800蚊左右,但食到超飽,非常滿足😌可以食到甘多唔同雞既部位,呢間係唔錯既選擇。推薦!
