To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排朋友頻放燒鵝相毐我,搞到我都心思思想食,成棚人去慶生無理由為食燒鵝老遠走去深井吖!出名果d又好似好貴喎!話晒我係壽星之一,點都會慳住大家荷包,一番努力Openrice下,比我搵到間隱世鵝皇,訂一隻都只係$380,一於食盡大家肚皮銀蛋浸菜苗 菜嫩上湯濃,蛋白又唔會老,上蔬之選螞蟻上樹粉絲炒得乾身有鑊氣,加上辣肉蔥蒜好惹味椒鹽九肚魚 炸得好香脆,九肚魚大條有咬口,最正係條骨都化埋椒鹽鮮魷 鮮魷又新鮮又大條,咬落軟熟唔會死靭極品燒鵝皇 上枱熱辣辣,大家都搶住夾,鵝好大隻多肉無乜肥膏,但肉仍然嫩同多汁,皮係脆卜卜,仲有精華鵝汁,食到我停唔到口招牌炸蝦餅 食到彈牙蝦膠,好有蝦味,招牌真係無得輸沙拉骨沙律醬份量啱啱好,食完唔會覺得膩,肉係半肥瘦,所以肉唔會實的的,口感唔錯啫啫鱔煲d乾蔥多得有點過份,反而鱔就太少同細件,因為細件所以比較多骨,豬膶煮得太耐變得又乾又硬十人共消費:$950
