鵝肝意粉幾出色

來三次,三次來的那個鵝肝意粉都keep到水準~ 好味~煙膳沙律的那個煙膳不夠煙.本人覺得凱撒沙律做得較好.starter的羊仔排略嫌太乾.seabass和燒雞表現出色.不得不提那支house red wine認真麻麻... 要知道一支wine對一餐飯係幾噤重要.good wine能帶出食客的appetite, 令食物更好味.wine selection窄d... 有待改善~
