🥢南瀛水產 ❣️尖沙咀金馬倫道5號太興廣場5樓-----所謂假期前夕,永遠都係慰勞自己嘅好藉口.暗黃燈光配搭滿天燈籠藤繩,加上日本畫布背景,同淡淡海產天然鹹鮮氣味,令餐廳散發濃濃日本浜燒店嘅氣息。.蟹味噌甲羅燒($78)活貝盛合($428)軟殼蟹沙律($98)南瀛極上刺身丼($398)鐵火卷($78).蟹味噌甲羅燒一直係佢地嘅主打,生鵪鶉蛋、蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽,加少許翠綠香蔥,邊燒邊攪拌,香味溢出,令人聞到都覺得垂涎欲滴。食落口感滑溜濃郁,鹹鮮鹹鮮的。活貝盛合裡面有帆立貝、鮑魚、生蠔同沙白,全部質素都不錯,當中尤以帆立貝最為鮮甜,燒完連d汁都想飲埋。軟殼蟹沙律就係每次嚟都必要嘅前菜,軟殼蟹份量多,外酥之餘,內亦脆,蟹味頗重,香口熱氣配搭清新沙律,令guilty度減低不少。飯食方面,南瀛極上刺身丼同鐵火卷嘅刺身質素都屬中上水平,南瀛極上刺身丼刺身種類多,顏色味道均豐富,但若考慮及性價比,個人就覺得鐵火卷更值得一試,呢個價錢佢哋唔係俾吞拿魚茸,而係真吞拿魚粒,而且厚切大粒入口即化。----👶🏻B仔整體評價:7.5/10個👶🏻👶🏻B仔服務評價:7/10個👍🏻👶🏻B仔抵食程度:7/10個👍🏻👶🏻B
