To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 日式涮涮鍋放題，選了在星期日吃，價錢$548，全61品。不然吃不了鹿兒島和牛了。如果選星期一至四價錢會更便宜。先選湯底：我選了藥膳湯（+$10）朋友選了四川麻辣湯除了湯底和啤酒要店員落單，其他加點只需在IPad 點就可以。啤酒$25/每位是任飲的。有Sapporo 同Asahi 可選。藥膳湯味道較淡，但會愈來愈濃，不過嫌藥材味不夠。四川麻辣湯剛開始味道正好，但到最後會太咸。因此要取捨一下。鹿兒島黑毛和牛是全餐的精髓所在，肥瘦均勻，切割平均又夠薄。入口最滑熊本豚肉是第二好吃的，賣相都不算差，入口雖然不及鹿兒島牛滑，但已較澳洲M9和牛滑多了，而且味道很不錯。澳洲M9和牛已是餐裡較鹿兒島牛之一級的選擇，但口感粗糙很多，所以一定要多付$70點鹿兒島牛的那個餐哦！另外還會有其他牛肉跟餐上，但當然，和平日打邊爐的肉質差不多啦🙈🙈總括而言：如果不吃最貴的餐，可選一般火鍋就好了。
