To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 鹿兒島黑毛和牛火鍋放題👍🏻，呢間溫野菜估唔到原來係一間咁高質火鍋放題，因為係其他餐廳如果揀咗啲貴牛，通常頭幾碟都keep到水準嘅，之後就⋯⋯所以好難得啲牛食極都仲係咁靚，環境又寬敞，裝修格局令到每一枱都自成一國，好有私隱，最正嘅係唔洗自己出去攞食物，order就攪掂，啱晒我呢啲懶人🥰，食物選擇雖然唔算多，但係高質，唯一缺點係汽水唔夠氣，因為每次叫飲品都係一壺上，大約3杯份量，所以難免唔夠氣😅
