To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好一陣子沒來鹿悅了!別了一陣子的鹿悅, 倒有了不少改變!現在鹿悅是order刺身,壽司, 不再放在外面自取, 總少了一種Free的感覺!各海膽迷可要注意了, 現在鹿悅沒有了海膽刺身啊!!!!!(因我吃的時候是當造期, 因此應不是季節性問題)少了海膽, 不多不少有點失望, 而刺身的款式亦不見特別豐富(我最愛的劍魚都沒有呢!!)刺身的新鮮程度不用懷疑, 只是款式略少, 而要order的關係, 上菜的時間尚可接受.天婦羅是另一重, 重要的是用的油新鮮, 款式又多, 值得一吃!熱盤一向只是雞肋, 一向都不是我的重點!甜品, 質素高而款式多, 我最愛的是清酒jelly!!若各位海膽迷, 光顧前可先致電確認!!!
