To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新工作地點鄰近麗城花園,午餐選擇當沒有香車街或路德圍一帶為多,不是向左轉的麗城,就是向右走的冬菇亭,暫時來說還是麗城那邊較有興趣。路旁一列三間茶記以最貴價的太興較容易有位,其餘兩家個體戶則要看彩數了。連鎖店的好處是服務有規可循,幾次光顧的經驗來看,每當侍應送來熱水,總會跟客人說"飲杯水先,小心熱",不但有點人性化對話互動,還可提醒客人這是熱水,以免產生不必要的危險。首天在麗城花園吃的午餐就是叉燒煎蛋飯($39),還以為如食神的黯然銷魂飯般??不是唷!太興的不是太陽蛋而是煎反蛋,還是全熟的耶!所以沒有生蛋黃伴飯但也沒有脆邊煎蛋,喜吃蛋的我還是照單全收。至於叉燒是有點燒烤香,有點爽口的口感總覺得不太像叉燒,反而像新出品什麼燒豬頸肉似的,沒丁點肥肉的叉燒吃來肉質不韌,不過其食味始終不是我喜歡的那種。碟子看似很大飯量卻偏少,幸而白飯粒粒爽口,加點醬油後好容易吃個碟底朝天;唯一要改進是所配的兩條菜心竟有著黃葉,那幾片明顯枯黃的菜葉很影響賣相,也令我想到究竟是洗菜的員工剛有疏忽,還是跟本沒有洗菜這步驟?? 在太興當點杯冰鎮奶茶(+$3),那天還聽到鄰桌客人點少甜,我也照辦煮碗,原來真的可以!!一如

在太興當點杯冰鎮奶茶(+$3),那天還聽到鄰桌客人點少甜,我也照辦煮碗,原來真的可以!!

一如以往的奶多於茶的比例,冰鎮奶茶喝來較為黏口,紅茶味相對一般凍奶茶是合格的,少甜也似乎做到了,可以少點花奶會更顯其茶味香濃。

有一天不想吃飯,看到這個好像早餐的雪菜米粉餐($39)就來一份。

雪菜肉絲湯米的碗真的夠大,如彈弓一樣的米粉較直版版的爽口,份量也足夠填飽我的胃胃,大量青綠爽口雪菜愈浸得長時間,湯底則更重味,用來配淡味米粉算得合拍;也許餐廳奉行多菜少肉,米粉裡真的只有很少的瘦肉絲,若有若無的浮沉在米粉裡,在現今鼓吹少肉的日子,這個比例也沒什麼所謂了。

多士炒蛋比米粉需時更長,薄多士烘得金黃香脆,配著柔軟牛油就是一種佳味, 太興炒蛋一向不錯,麗城分店的將雞蛋炒得像個包包,層層疊疊的炒蛋中間還是嫩滑的,那有著蛋汁的的滑滑炒蛋真的好好吃。

翻開餐牌發現幾乎每星期也會轉換午餐款式的,那天見到雲耳蒸雞($39)就不加思索的點了。

早已蒸好的杞子雲耳蒸雞好快送到,連著黃油雞皮的雞肉件件肥美,充滿油脂的脂肪雞皮讓肉質夠滑,以杞子、紅棗、雲耳幾種養生食材同蒸,蒸雞汁隱約多了一點藥材香,瘦物雲耳在吸收雞油下變成油潤爽脆,又多一款餸可以伴飯了,幸好那天所配飯量較多,絕沒有浪費那有點肥油的蒸雞汁,這道蒸餸我覺得蠻好吃呀。

店裡有位男侍應,每次為客人放下飯菜也說一句:"請慢用",相信鄰近兩家便宜一點的茶記裡,不一定會聽到吧。
