🔸本身考慮了一段時間叫甚麼飲料,忽然被「搖呀搖烘焙」的名字吸引住,就叫了🤭


細看餐廳的介紹,原來咖啡以尼加拉瓜咖啡豆精裝而成:上層是鮮奶;下層是烘焙咖啡☕️
先是品嘗到奶香,然後感受到香濃咖啡香,但有一點點岩鹽的味道。岩鹽的鹹味、咖啡的苦澀味與奶香混合,味道豐富而有層次😌

🔸 頗受歡迎的小食,用膳當晚聽到廚房只餘下三至四碟的分量😶


多士炸得脆卜卜,吃下去時呈非常香脆的口感;麵包糠的份量剛剛好,不會太多;而牛油果醬集中在四周,中間釀入蝦肉,以牛油果醬襯托蝦肉,味道非常配合🤗

4. 日本舞茸雜菌籠仔蒸飯(素)🍄🍚($88)
🔸 以荷葉包裹的素飯,蒸飯充滿荷葉香;而且蒸飯置於木盒而不是普通碟之中,令蒸飯的味道不易流失😛


然而,醬汁分佈不太均勻,令部份飯粒味道較淡和較硬身,是蒸飯可改善的地方🤔
