To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時去佐敦八文樓,通常只去隨變食鷄煲,是晚食友介紹佢朋友屋企人有間餐廳響隨變條街,叫和記海鮮飯店,主要做街坊生意,一行三人去試試,原來店內都幾大,大枱可以有十數圍,仲要星期二都有八成客。 店方介紹名物,燉湯:花旗參鷄腳湯,好香花旗參味,湯頭清甜,可見鷄油仍在窩中但其實不算肥膩。 朋友飲啤酒,所以點了椒鹽九肚魚及炸蝦餅雙併,椒鹽九肚魚脆漿炸得夠薄,外面香脆、裏面魚肉嫰滑,而炸蝦餅也是炸得火喉適中,蝦肉味鮮彈牙。 又一推介名菜,蒜香蝦球,此菜伴飯一流,蒜香汁味香撲鼻,蝦球用油泡過,肉質鮮美彈牙,我食了兩碗飯。 原來燒味也是自家製的,所以點了例牌燒肉及义燒嚐嚐,燒肉雖已放凍,但皮仍然脆身,加上肥美有層次的燒肉,好好咬口,而义燒是用上梅頭肉,肉質夠肥又夠腍,是做得不錯之义燒。 還有一、兩碟忘記拍照,埋單每人不用$100,價錢非常便宜,可以攪大型飯局。
