To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Fat boy今次出動係灣仔買外賣,睇外賣app見到呢間1963木十豆寸有折,一個麻辣牛肉麵都係50幾蚊,出面可起碼要70蚊以上……以台灣牛肉麵嚟講,都算平嘅。個麵都幾有驚喜,麵底算幾粗,同幾硬,幾有口感,份量都算多。d牛肉煮得都ok林。而個麻辣湯唔係一般出面嘅味道,係偏辣同林,都好惹味,好香口,食得出應該自己整嘅。順帶一提,我上去攞外賣嘅時候,先知道原來間舖裝修得都幾懷舊,好有feel吓,下次可以選擇係度堂食。
