For the spicy chilli pot, you can choose for your desire level of spiciness. A large amount of chilli and Sichuan pepper really stimulates your taste buds. The other side of the pot is tomato soup base, which has a fresh sour taste and gives the one who can't eat spicy food an alternative.

油脂分佈唔錯,質感嫩滑,係適合火鍋嘅肥牛。所有食材均可選擇一份或者半份,我哋就叫咗一份肥牛,份量合適,建議大概每人有半份嘅肥牛。
Nice marbling for the beef, with a soft texture that suits to cooked with hotpot. All food can be ordered in either one or half servings. We recommend each person should have half serving of beef.

桂花蚌 (Osmanthus Mussel) $66
桂花蚌質感爽脆,好快熟,若滾得耐會變韌。
The Osmanthus Mussel tastes bouncy. Better not to over-cooked it, as it tastes chewy if you boil it for a long period of time.

手打蝦滑 (Minced Shrimp) $46
蝦味突出,建議唔好落麻辣湯底,以免蓋過味道。
The taste of shrimp is quite outstanding. We recommend you not to cook with chilli pot, as the spiciness will cover the taste of shrimp.

手打墨魚滑 (Minced Cuttlefish) $46
手打嘅墨魚滑質感特別彈牙,配麻辣湯底一流。
The minced cuttlefish is exceptionally bouncy and served the best together with the chilli pot.

麻辣牛肉 (Spicy Beef) $42
牛肉上沾滿辣椒同花椒,肉質相對肥牛韌,而且已經有麻辣湯底,感覺冇咩必要再食麻辣牛肉。
The beef is covered with chilli and Sichuan pepper. However, it tastes tougher than the Angus beef, and the taste is quite similar to the chilli pot, which makes it quite unnecessary.

黑豚腩肉 (Pork Belly) $42
質感同樣冇肥牛咁軟,同時味道較肥,好能夠吸收麻辣湯底嘅味道。
The pork belly tastes fatter and tougher than the Angus beef, but it is great in absorbing the soup of the chilli pot.

唐生菜 (Chinese Lettuce) $18
爽脆新鮮,食火鍋點都要食返一碟菜。
Ordering vegetables is one of our "hotpot rules" The Chinese lettuce tastes fresh.

自製洛神花茶 (Hibiscus Tea) $58
洛神花茶酸中帶甘,好適合解辣,冇依杯洛神花茶我哋肯定食唔落個麻辣湯底。
The hibiscus tea tastes sweet and sour and is exceptionally good in neutralizing the spiciness. Without it, we could not bare the spiciness of the chilli pot.
