To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 都係一間想試幾耐的餐廳, 但耐何銅鑼灣實在太多日式烏冬拉都店, 試極都未排到佢, 終於, 上星期六試左了!兩個人叫了一個日式什錦鍋燒烏冬烏冬不太彈, 而著實, 佢真係好港式, 又唔係唔好食, 但好普通, 同自家烏冬差唔多另外, 老公叫了個特上便當, 有刺身, 牛柳, 卷物, 蕃茄烏冬, 最好食的, 就係個刺身埋單二百幾, 比銅鑼灣其他地方要貴, 但又唔值
