To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

招牌燒鵝皇實在太令人失望了。本人自取外賣燒鵝皇半隻,當時兩位員工一個斬緊一隻正常鵝,一個斬緊一隻全黑(焦燶)鵝。排我前面的婆婆已要求唔要黑焦果隻。到我了;燒味部員工給我那隻全黑(焦燶)燒鵝,我要求更換。他死撐仲話:「唔黑,邊度黑。」我要求他打開個盒俾我睇清楚,他竟然對我說:「食就食,唔食返去(收銀櫃)退錢!」我問點解唔可以斬過另一隻?他同我講「你等吓先。」我好想走,但今日母親節,阿媽想食;等就等啦~~大概十幾分鐘後(其間已斬2隻燒豬,5、6隻雞)。我問他有得攞咪?他竟然叫伙記斬埋黑焦果另一半俾我。他態度十分惡劣!仲玩我。好⋯我就去收銀櫃退錢。前前後後,我排左兩次收銀隊(第一次外賣自取落單、第二次退錢)又排左一次燒味部;又被迫「等吓先。」用咗大半個鐘先走得。好彩時候尚早(6點多),可以幫襯其他食店外賣。今時今日咁嘅服務態度,我實在忍唔住要寫食評。
