To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時我都會上 Openrice 睇下人地 d comment, 不過自己未試過俾comment, 哩一次為左哩間野, 我專登上黎打左一大段~ 復活節時同屋企人去左天水圍, 一時興起去左流浮山食海鮮…今次係第一次去~~ 去到行左幾間…就俾哩間舖既老闆娘拉客, 佢係咁話:“入黎食啦, 我地好均真架”; “我地開左十幾年, 唔會呃人架”<-- 此地無銀? (之前 “oneonewe” 既 comment 係真的…)咁我就問佢有冇 d 套餐 (e.g. 二/三百蚊幾個海鮮之類..) 佢話有~~ 我就話預左每人 $2xx…. 佢話: “無問題呀, $2xx 可以食龍蝦, 聖子, 蟹…..”. 咁我地就信左佢入去….坐低左, 就點餸… 我地叫親乜, 佢都要 Ban…叫蟹 -> “唔好啦, 食蝦好過”;叫炒蜆-> “不如食扇貝好過啦”OK, 最尾叫左 5 海鮮, 1 炒菜, 1 湯 (Total 6 餸1 湯), 佢話哩度 “八百幾蚊”…開始上菜, 佢 d野食都 OK 既, 係條魚唔夠滑, 蒸耐左… 食左5 餸1 湯, 仲有扇貝未黎, 咁我地就問老闆娘 (係佢落單的) 佢 c

開始上菜, 佢 d野食都 OK 既, 係條魚唔夠滑, 蒸耐左… 食左5 餸1 湯, 仲有扇貝未黎, 咁我地就問老闆娘 (係佢落單的) 佢 check 完單就話: “冇 wo, 5 餸1 湯, 黎齊啦~~” Then 我火都黎埋
, 因為佢一直都係講 $8xx, 無講實價, 我就 double confirm “6 餸1 湯, 八百幾蚊?”, 佢話係…. 而家同我講5 餸…. 佢拎張單俾我睇, 係寫左 4 個海鮮 (Total $500), 手工費 $280 (會唔會貴左 d….) 加埋其他野 (炒菜, 飯, 汽水) 就差不多 $900….
我繼續同佢嘈, 話佢咁樣即係呃人 ja

佢又話 “如果你地想食扇貝, 可以加多少少錢既…”
聽完真係激到想暈低…. 如果 $8xx 唔夠俾 5 個海鮮既話, 出聲 law, 又唔係俾唔起… 其實開頭話每人二百幾, 成餐飯都預左 $1k….最唔順氣係開頭講既同食既唔同…最尾佢只係減左$30 手工費俾我地 (多謝晒!!

最尾俾錢, 我一毫子 tips 都冇俾, 佢亦都冇講 Sorry / 多謝~~ 諗住開開心心食下海鮮, 點知食到一肚火… 食完番黎睇 openrice, 發現有 d 類似事件發生過…就好後悔去之前冇上 Openrice 睇 comment……

PS. 都唔知係o米咁邪, 食完 2 日後, 13-Apr-2009 既 TVB 新聞, 有單野講流浮山既, 訪問左個老闆娘…..
