喺我心入面,一直都覺得十個香港人九個都祟洋,但我就唔肯定係咪呢九個都一定隨時有彈藥去滿足自己祟洋嘅慾望,至少我已經唔係。估唔到喺呢個落住雨嘅晚上,短短個零兩個鐘頭嘅時光,我就可以穿越萬里雲層,一嚐正宗日本嘅味道。往年喺呢一區都有一間食磯燒嘅水產店,係咩名我就唔喺呢個帖度開喇,不過個人認為係一個伏來,所以自嗰次之後嗰間舖頭亦永不錄用,列入為本人嘅黑名單裡面今次知道附近開咗間新磯燒店,名叫<黑門水產すいさん>,咁鍾意食日本嘢嘅我又點可以錯過?!一於同阿肥一齊帶住戰戰競競嘅心情嚟到,諗住一試無妨。店舖無論門面同內在環境嘅裝修格調,都同遍滿全日本多個地區嘅磯"嘟"水產不盡兩樣~日式嘅旗幟加上實木嘅牆身充滿日本風情,令我忍唔住拎起部手機周圍影,想食啲咩都叫阿肥揀咗就算喇先嚟一客刺身四盛($160蚊),設有三文魚2切+油甘魚2切+甜蝦2隻+帶子3切,所有刺身切割後嘅厚度令人滿意,啖啖鮮味滲入口腔之中,雖然明知道一定唔會係喺海邊撈上嚟㗎喇,不過絕對唔需要擔心有雪藏味同埋未解凍嘅問題,呢啲都完全唔存在,新鮮程度對得起呢個價格。黑門角切海鮮沙律($78蚊),呢碗賣相咁豐盛嘅刺身沙律係由黑

兩個人去一轉日本起碼閒閒地都要五位數字啦,而家只係需要四位數字頭,就可以感受番身處日本嘅美味。無論餐廳熱鬧嘅氣氛,加上食物質素,以至員工嘅服務態度都可以被評為A級水準,絕無取巧
