To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點心令人回味

好少特登寫評價，今次好想讚一讚。早前跟朋友黎飲茶，雖然對於住將軍澳區既我黎講，去黃金海岸都偏遠，然而幸好點心/主菜都非常出色好味 ! 而且部份點心比較特別，有驚喜! 本身我個人平時不喜歡食叉燒酥， 然而經朋友再三推介下，發覺「粵」既蘋果叉燒酥，食落唔會好肥膩，有種清新感，令我仲想食多件～ 😋 而其他點心亦好有水準，包括 脆皮蘿蔔絲腸粉、帶子餃、斑蘭流沙包，豆腐粒，都係令人好回味，要熱夠熱，要脆夠脆!  當日仲有品嚐炒飯窩麵，亦係好好味! 總體好滿意! 所以即使車程較遠，但我相信都會再去飲茶享受。^_^
