To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然早前晚飯經驗不好,今天試下嶺南樓飲茶看看質素,都不錯,值得推介。今天點了八款點心,有濃温湯浸菜心、鴨腳札、潮州粉果、叉燒包、蝦腸、大良炸鮮奶、桂花杞子糕,及棗仁糕,點心有序地送到枱上,來的時候熱騰騰,非常新鮮。潮州粉果用料足,裏面的花生炸到洽到好處;鴨腳札已經在其他酒樓少見,鴨腳有肉,芋頭好香;蝦腸雖然只得兩條、每條切三份,但每份有一隻爽脆彈牙的大蝦;大良炸鮮奶是另一款少有的菜色,鮮奶香,甜度適中;以濃湯浸的菜心非常騐,但仍好有口感;桂花杞子糕是誠意之作,桂花香、杞子咬口;棗仁糕熱騰騰,非常香。此外,現時泊車做優惠,消費$200以上可以以$10購買2小時泊車証一張,$400以上可以買二張,消費非常實惠,也可能是這個原因,今天星期日都高朋滿座,午市茶市都要等位,還幸不算等得太久。
