To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和家人同周末出去逛逛， 選擇了科學園，因為人流應該會比其他地方少。看見這間餐廳的裝潢漂亮， 就選這一間吧。一行四人 點了以下點心燒賣，味道正常。流沙包， 豬仔造型小朋友應該會喜歡，可惜內裏幾乎沒有流沙，不合格蘿蔔牛肉球， 蘿蔔清甜，比傳統的山竹牛肉好。炸兩蝦腸粉，內脆外嫩，非常好吃。鳳爪， 太太太鹹， 完全不合格。雞絲粉皮 粉皮做得有彈性，十分好吃。其他點心普普通通。一行四人，11個點心，收費700元， 性價比一般。
