To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日約屋企人飲早茶，由於家人想逛Aeon超市入貨，所以今次約係康怡廣場的海港薈飲早茶。早上人唔多，9點半到都即時有位。發現點心紙少了一張，平日我在公司附近的海港酒家有得叫的點心這裡都無😞早茶有一張點心紙提供孖寶優惠也算吸引，家人喜歡食燒賣因此叫了兩客燒賣孖寶。燒賣由於肥豬肉較多，不太彈牙而且比較鹹，連喜歡食燒賣的家人吃了2粒都吃不下了😞皮蛋瘦肉粥皮蛋和瘦肉份量都多，不錯。金沙肉餅飯是咸蛋肉餅飯，肉餅彈牙，飯粒綿軟。流沙煎堆奶皇流沙饀，微溫，如果熱一點會更好。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕賣相散散的不太吸引，辣味遠蓋過XO醬的香味。
