To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於太耐無飲茶又加上朋友推介,於是乎就嚟到科學園呢間酒樓飲茶,初時對呢間酒樓都有啲期望…點了八樣點心,全部即叫即蒸,上枱都係熱辣辣嘅➡️燒賣皇➡️黑椒蒸金錢肚➡️蛋煎糯米雞➡️雞包仔➡️咸水角➡️三色蘿蔔絲酥➡️馬拉糕➡️焗叉燒包點心價目表小點 $23 中點 $36 大點 $48 特點 $58 頂點 $68 超點$78(六,日及假期每款加$3)整體來講,點心係精緻嘅,味道亦都唔錯,但價錢算係偏貴,又或者可以話咁嘅價錢出面可以有更好嘅選擇。另外侍應嘅服務水平偏低,完全同價錢唔成正比,總結係有點所望
