暑期工 “壞壊” 識飲識食, 佢話最近發現咗一間新嘅 “居酒屋” Honjokko, 我梗係要去見識見識.🤗 Honjokko 位於鰂魚涌寫字樓濠豐大廈, 沿扶手電梯上到二樓, 見到英式風格嘅會所前台入口, 呢到係 “The Sixteenth”, 由四間餐廳組成, 經過一條酒店式長走廊, 就到達 Honjokko. 餐廳設方枱, 圓枱, 壽司吧枱, 另外有個小小嘅酒吧, 用餐地方望到半開放式廚房, 氣氛一流.🥢 今日點咗 Tasting Menu - Honjokko, $680+10%, Wine and Sake pairing, $380+10%.🐂 Wangu tataki - Seared Wangu, shishito pepper, tosazu, chorizo oil. “牛肉好好食呀”, 牛肉腍滑, 加咗花生同埋蔥, 少少四川風味.🐟 Hamachi - Sliced yellowtail, yuzu-soy, pickled plum. “酸汁個味道幾好”, 油甘魚肥美, 肉質緊實, 酸汁同魚非常配合.🌿 Spinach - White sesame sauce

🍷 講下 Wine and Sake pairing, 共五款酒. 一開始出香檳, 合理, 食壽司刺身配清酒, 熟食時間揀咗 Sancerre 白酒, 味道略淡, 最奇怪係食甜品嘅時候出 Pinot Noir 紅酒, 最後梅酒, 整體唔太配合食物. 餐廳有誠意去搵唔同花款嘅酒, 值得一讚.

🥰 總結: 環境氣氛一流, 服務到位. 食物水準穩定, 熱盤比預期出色, 壽司刺身Ok, 過下口癮, 我幾欣賞呢個 Tasting Menu 設計, 乜都有. 整體感覺少少似 Tokyolima 同埋 ICHU. 晚餐嚟講性價比不俗, 值得推介.
