請小巴司機指路,最近火炭大排檔的站叫我落,佢突然大嗌「玻璃屋落嗰個到喇」,我完全唔知佢叫緊我,原來火炭人都叫火炭熟食市場「玻璃屋」!行近就明,因為夏天天氣熱,大排檔開咗冷氣,掛了很多厚的透明膠布阻止冷氣流走,遠睇真係似一個燈光火通明的玻璃箱~舊同事早到先點菜,我下坐低已經有得食:蒜茸粉絲蒸蟶子──冷氣好猛,我遲到十分鐘左右,碟原先熱辣辣的蒸蟶子已經吹凍晒,筷子一夾,覺得面頭的粉絲有點乾硬化,但炸蒜好香好夠味~燒乳鴿──唔知係咪又關我遲到事,乳鴿皮咬落唔脆~蝦醬炒通菜──兩個字:好食!炸豆腐──早聽過泰源會送炒麵,隔籬枱真係送炒麵,但侍應大佬送咗碟炸豆腐畀我哋,咪睇佢外型又大又細鬼五馬六,外皮係好脆囉,裡面好嫩滑,咬落熱騰騰,係四碟餸中最出色的一味~要加餸,請侍應大佬介紹,佢sell炒蟹,但我食親蟹都整損嘴,大佬轉而sell蒸白鱔,但同行有舊同事唔食鱔,最後我哋點咗避風塘炒蝦。避風塘炒蝦──辣椒炸蒜等配料勁香勁惹味,但很遺憾,蝦肉完全唔入味,想食得有味,麻煩先啜吓蝦殼,至剝蝦肉食,或者直接夾炸蒜料落蝦肉到一齊放入口,咁就有味嘞~冷氣勁,愈食愈凍,想叫味熱的、濕的嘢食,聽見隔籬枱叫蠔仔粥,

蠔仔粥──真係「粥」,而唔係預期的潮式湯泡飯式。蠔仔勁多,啖啖都係,但冇應有的鮮甜味,粥底就好綿滑~

總結,下次來食,都係叫番鑊氣小菜好啲。你叫侍應大佬介紹,佢梗係sell海鮮,但泰源的海鮮未見很出色,堅持叫番小炒 e.g.豆豉鯪魚油墨菜、薑葱煀桶蠔,應該會穩陣啲~
